Living and Bedroom Refurb after Flood

This project was to repair and refurbish a living room and bedroom in New Malden after a major flood, caused by somebody else. New ceilings were required throughout, new walls and floors. Remedial work was also carried out downstairs in the living and dining rooms due to the scale of the damage. Work carried out in accordance with an interior designer. 

All goods and documents shall remain the sole property of Standing Building Services until payment is received in full. Any documentation required will only be released upon full payment.

Standard invoice terms are 30 calendar days from the date of invoice unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Any discrepancies or disputes are required to be notified to Standing Building Services in writing, email or direct call within 30 calendar days. After this time, invoices are deemed to be valid and undisputed. Any late payments (business to business) will incur a statutory interest charge of 8% plus Bank of England base rate and a Standing Building Services administration charge.
